We have referred several friends and family to her and they were equally as pleased with having her and couldn’t stop thanking us for the referral. What made Carla Janikowski special to us was her eagerness to help us find the right house for us. We would see a house we thought we would like and she would help pinpoint issues that wouldn’t pass an inspection or would be an issue later on (asbestos, cracked foundation in a basement, neighboring sex offenders, etc) that we otherwise wouldn’t have known about. Carla has never made us feel like she was just trying to make a quick sell or money and rush us. She always took the time to make sure we were making the best decision for our family.
